Quantity Surveyor - M&E

Location: Milan, Italy (Rotation)

Salary: €75K – €85K + Package

We are working with a contractor delivering a large Data Centre project in Milan. They are looking to appoint an M&E; Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery on a live project.

This is a rotation role working on a technically complex build, with a strong package and long-term work in place.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial aspects of M&E; packages on site

Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to track costs and progress

Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts

Monitor project costs and support financial reporting

Review drawings and specifications to support commercial delivery

Assist with procurement and subcontractor management





Ensure commercial performance is aligned with project targets

Requirements

Proven experience in an M&E; Quantity Surveyor role

Background working with contractors on large-scale construction projects

Data Centre experience is highly desirable

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Good commercial awareness and cost control experience

Must have the right to work in Italy

Package

Salary €75K – €85K DOE

€160 net weekly allowance

Apartment and utility bills covered

In-country travel provided

Rotation role

Expat tax scheme available (subject to eligibility)
