Would you like to start a new professional adventure as an IT Project Manager in the IT & Digital Transformation industry in Italy?

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients operating across different industries.

? Your missions

- Lead and coordinate complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage multi-market and cross-functional project rollouts, coordinating parallel workstreams and distributed teams.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, defining mitigation plans and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to align project objectives and priorities.
- Monitor project progress through regular reporting, KPIs, governance meetings, and status updates.
- Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, roadmap management, and delivery governance.
- Promote continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices.
- Use Jira, Confluence, and related project management tools to coordinate activities, documentation, and reporting.

✍️ Your profile

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex IT projects.
- Experience managing international or multi-market projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
- Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Italian (B2 or above).
- Excellent communication,



stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

- Location: Milan, Italy.
- Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week on site).
- Employment type: Full-time Permanent or Freelance.
- Applicable collective agreement: CCNL Commercio (for permanent employees).

? Compensation & Pay Transparency

Permanent employment: Gross Annual Salary ranging from EUR 26,000 to EUR 50,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.

Freelance collaboration:



Daily rate to be discussed according to experience, skills, and project scope.

As an IT Project Manager, you will contribute to digital transformation projects for clients operating in industries including Automotive & Motorsport, Avionic & Aerospace, Defence, Railway, Industrial, Home Automation, and Robotics. Depending on the project assignment, you will work on initiatives involving Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Business Applications, and IT Project Management.
