Overview

In this role you will supervise the operational procurement team to ensure punctuality, quality, and efficiency. You will define and monitor procurement routines, acting as the reference for cross‑functional alignment with Planning, Product Development, and Purchasing. You’ll tackle supply chain risks, coordinate with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and stakeholder collaboration. This position offers impact on delivery continuity, supplier performance, and process excellence in a luxury sector context.

Responsibilities

- Supervise the procurement team to ensure performance and development.
- Oversee operational procurement: manage orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve deviations promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, or quantity issues.
- Implement corrective processes with Purchasing and internal stakeholders to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with Industrialization, Product,



and Quality teams to ensure technical approvals before order release.
- Oversee management of quality holds, production returns, and DIBA anomalies to sustain delivery plans.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Planning, Product Development, and Production for complex operational situations.
- Monitor KPIs with KPI & Reporting Analyst and drive process improvements.
- Manage supplier performance reviews together with Purchasing and KPI & Reporting Analyst.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools.
- Excellent Excel and Power BI skills.
- English level B2 minimum; French knowledge is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
- 60,000 CCNL Pelli e Cuoio livello quadro.
- Permanent contract (Tempo indeterminato).
- Full‑time position.
