The Powertrain Testing Manager will lead the Foggia R&D; testing facility, overseeing 6 engine test cells and a team of 14 engineers and technicians. Reporting directly to the Powertrain Benches and Prototype Worldwide Responsible, the role is responsible for site operations, testing execution, people development, budget management, safety, quality, and business performance, ensuring compliance with global standards and supporting the product development
