The Powertrain Testing Manager will lead the Foggia R&D; testing facility, overseeing 6 engine test cells and a team of 14 engineers and technicians . Reporting directly to the Powertrain Benches and Prototype Worldwide Responsible , the role is responsible for site operations, testing execution, people development, budget management, safety, quality, and business performance, ensuring compliance with global standards and supporting the product
