Summary You will report to the Manufacturing Finance Leader and support directly the Site Plants Leader (EB) and his team. You will cover key aspects of production cost composition and all relevant financial and operational metrics—including hourly rate, capex, routing productivity, delivery, delinquency/on-time delivery, inventory—while engaging in setting routines, procedures, and control points to meet company commitments.
Essential Responsibilities Establish clear timing/processes/reviews with owners, supporting Ops and Business leaders on data visibility, tracking, analysis (variance analysis) and reporting for OCPH and cost-out results; provide critical assessment with Ops/Cost‐out teams of overall performance; support daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly processes for business reviews and planning cycles (closing, budget, forecast, 5‐year plan) and present regularly to executive management; establish relationships with Avio Aero and HQ teams to ensure timely information flow; play a strategic partnership role with Product Strategy and Development teams for initiatives linked to capex optimization and cost rationalization; lead cross‐functional simplification projects to improve rigor in finance processes; manage a financial analyst; drive lean transformation and daily shop management; lead annual/monthly physical inventory and weekly cycle count processes; lead plant reserve estimate discussions impacting finance and operations KPIs.
Basic Qualifications Master's degree in economics from an accredited university
Significant experience in finance and manufacturing operations
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with ability to assess data quality, identify drivers, and provide clear recommendations
Continuous improvement mindset with experience applying lean principles
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Work visa in accordance with local regulations is required

Salary &
Compensation Salary range: 71,550.00 – 95,400.00 EUR annual. Includes performance‐related premio and PDR up to 6,000 EUR.
Compensation will be defined within the published range, reflecting experience, skills, and alignment with responsibilities.
