Role: Delivery Specialist

The Delivery Specialist supports operational teams in meeting client deadlines while ensuring high standards of quality and service. The role works closely with management to deliver functional and technical expertise, contributing to the effective management of a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage payroll preparation and calculations accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct payment processing

- Maintain, monitor, and update complex employee and payroll data within SAP HR

- Handle and resolve issues related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll, escalated by Tier 1 or raised directly by client HR Business Partners

- Advise clients on the implementation and application of employment law, supporting them in resolving administrative, payroll, and legal matters

- Act as a SAP HR key user for clients: gather change requests, prepare functional analyses, and support testing activities

- Prepare and generate reports using SAP HR

- Interact daily with clients and internal departments via phone and email

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients





- Stay up to date with changes in employment law and regulations

- Produce regular and ad hoc payroll reports and statistical analyses

Professional Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

- Knowledge of SAP HR or other HR systems is considered a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High level of accuracy and strong adherence to deadlines

- Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and diplomacy

- Ability to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervision

- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team orientation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good command of English
