The Social Hub Firenze is seeking a Night Front Office Host to be the calm, confident presence that keeps the hotel running overnight. You greet late arrivals with warmth, manage check-ins and payments, and ensure the lobby remains safe, tidy and welcoming as the city sleeps.

You will work night shifts, use PMS and other digital tools, coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance, and share guest insights with the day team. Fluent English and Italian are required, with 1–3 years in hospitality.
