National Sales Manager - Endovascular - Italy
In this role you will lead the commercial strategy and execution for Italy’s Endovascular portfolio, driving revenue growth and market share. You will work cross-functionally to align priorities and strengthen customer relationships, shaping the future of endovascular care. You will develop people, coach a high-performing sales team, and use data to inform decisions and performance. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role with a strong emphasis on growth, compliance, and market leadership.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Anticipate market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive pricing and contracting strategies to optimize profitability and long-term value.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance and others to ensure aligned execution of priorities.
- Leverage data and analytics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance metrics and ensure disciplined execution across the organization.
- Build, lead,
and develop a high-performing sales team; foster accountability and growth.
- Coach and mentor team members to support performance and talent development.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the organization externally and strengthen its market reputation and leadership.
- Ensure activities comply with regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor
- Extensive commercial leadership experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences
- Strong understanding of complex healthcare environments and customer dynamics
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and delivering growth
- Excellent strategic thinking and business planning abilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience navigating change and leading transformation
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English
