Firstunion is seeking a driven City Manager to lead retail channel development in Lombardy (Milan). This hands-on field sales role focuses on acquiring and managing tobacco retail accounts, executing in-store brand activities, and gathering actionable market insights.

Reporting to the Country Manager for Italy, you will drive store visits, negotiate promotions, and build long-term relationships with key partners while ensuring brand visibility and strong customer satisfaction.
