This organisation is scaling its operations in Italy and offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping its investment strategy and acquisition pipeline.If you want to be part of a dynamic, global company at the forefront of the energy transition, this is a standout opportunity.The OpportunityAs M&A; Manager, you will be central to the company’s growth strategy in Italy, supporting the full lifecycle of buy-side transactions, strategic investments and greenfield project evaluations.Working within a collaborative and international environment, you will help drive the acquisition of renewable energy assets, coordinate due diligence processes, build advanced financial models, and support investment decision-making at both local and global levels.This role offers significant scope, visibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on a market-leading renewable platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate due diligence,
