We're looking for a skilled Mechanic / After-Sales Technician to join our growing electric motorcycle team.
This role combines hands-on technical work with after-sales support, giving you the opportunity to work on some of the world's highest-performance electric motorcycles while supporting our global dealer and importer network.

Experience Level: Mid-Level ResponsibilitiesTechnical Service & Diagnostics
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on electric motorcycles.
Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on battery systems, motors, motor controllers, charging systems, and other high-voltage components.
Carry out scheduled servicing, safety inspections, firmware and software updates.
Ensure every motorcycle meets factory quality and safety standards before delivery.
After-Sales Support
Provide technical support to dealers, importers, and customers via phone, email, remote diagnostics, or in person.
Investigate technical issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
Support warranty diagnostics, technical escalations, and root-cause analysis.
Assist with dealer training and field service activities when required.
Operations & Service Administration
Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and warranty reports.
Coordinate with dealers and importers to manage warranty claims, spare parts requirements, and service campaigns.
Ensure Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) documentation and workshop records are complete and up to date.
Keep service databases and technical documentation organized and accurate. Qualifications
We're looking for someone who combines outstanding technical ability with attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience servicing motorcycles, automotive vehicles, or electric vehicles.
Strong understanding of EV systems, including batteries, motors, controllers, charging systems, and diagnostic tools.
Experience using workshop diagnostic software and electrical testing equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, for service documentation and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Valid motorcycle licence required.
Willingness to travel regularly to support dealers, customers, and events.
