Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer

Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you ensure effective Quality Management across manufacturing processes to meet Schneider Electric standards and customer expectations. You drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to align products and processes with customer requirements. You define and implement corrective and preventive actions to address issues and prevent recurrence, while collaborating with service and development teams to ensure quality from development through production. - Ensure quality management across manufacturing processes to meet standards and customer expectations
- Drive continuous improvement of products and processes in collaboration with Industrial Engineering (Methods & Time) and R&D;/Technical Antenna teams




- Define and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address customer-reported issues
- Identify root causes of quality issues through deep analysis and monitor improvement plans
- Collaborate with Service Team to ensure timely and effective customer support
- Work with Product Development Team to ensure new products and processes meet quality requirements from early development stages
- Degree in a technical or scientific field (engineering, electrical, electronics, mechanical, HVAC or similar)
- Open mindset and high self-discipline
- Ability to work with multiple departments and contribute to team projects
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to facilitate project plans across departments
- Good IT proficiency with Microsoft Office; additional software/digital platform skills are a plus
