In this role you ensure medical products are available where and when needed by maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient logistics. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize replenishment, reconcile inventory, and support billing checks, contributing to continuous improvement of logistics processes. - Monitor consumption of medical devices and track procedure activity to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability
- Place replenishment orders to maintain agreed inventory levels and support business requirements
- Manage inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory optimization activities
- Perform billing-related checks to ensure accurate transactions and compliance
- Conduct full and partial cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives
- Coordinate the flow of goods, services,



and information to support customer and operational requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and drive process improvements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or related operational environment
- Experience monitoring inventory levels, replenishment activities, and inventory control processes
- Experience performing inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigating inventory discrepancies
- Experience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or similar business systems
- Ability to analyze operational and inventory data, perform billing-related checks, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
