We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates for the LEGAL INTERN position, ready to step up, take on challenges with determination, and make a real impact.
Key activities:
- Support the Legal Team in routine corporate and commercial activities, including assisting in the drafting and review of contracts and agreements (e.G. NDAs, service agreements, supply agreements).
- Conduct legal research on selected topics and prepare short internal notes.
- Assist with data protection and GDPR-related activities, including document updates.
- Provide support in the review and update of internal policies and procedures.
- Support the preparation of standard templates, checklists, and internal guidelines.
- Provide internal support to the Legal Team in managing day-to-day requests.
- Help maintain and organize legal documentation and contract records.
The minimum qualification for this role are:
- Law Degree
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and spoken English.

What we offer:
Location: Milan, Via Melchiorre Gioia n.70
Duration: initially 6 months
Working hours: Full-time (37.45 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)
Lavoro da remoto: Up to 2 days per week
Monthly allowance: €900,00
Meal vouchers: €8 per day worked on-site
