You’ll lead testing activities, mentor colleagues, and promote continuous improvement through Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices. Responsabilità

- 5+ years in testing, business analysis, or consulting on complex/financial systems
- Extensive experience applying Agile frameworks at project team level
- Experience in the financial domain with testing or consulting for financial institutions or enterprise platforms
- Experience coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- ISTQB or equivalent qualifications
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capability to learn quickly and acquire new knowledge
