Important: This is a fully remote role, but you must be residing in Greece (Athens or elsewhere). If youre not yet living in Greece, we offer a full relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.

What Youll Do

- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy

- Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)

- Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience

- Collaborate with a young, international, and dynamic team

What Were Looking For

- Italian (C2) and English at least B2 level

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Positive attitude, curiosity,



and eagerness to learn

- No previous experience required we will train you

- Must be residing or willing to relocate to Greece (remote work only from Greece)
