Design, test, and scale AI-powered prospecting workflows

Turn insights into structured playbooks and best practices

Execute targeted outbound strategies across enterprise and mid-market accounts in Italy

Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities

Own the full SDR lifecycle: prospecting → qualification → demo booking

Collaboration & Insights

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging

Track activity and performance in CRM systems to inform strategy

Provide data-driven insights to improve conversion and pipeline quality





1–2+ years in a sales / commercial / SDR role (ideally SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech)

~ Strong interest in and exposure to AI tools / automation (AI-native mindset)

~ Analytical and data-driven approach to performance

~ Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders

~ Fluent in Italian and English

~ Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lusha (desirable)
