Become a key player in our Finance Team and contribute to improving our financial processes. The Finance Team is a central and strategic function within the organization, responsible for managing and optimizing financial resources. We work closely with all business areas to ensure effective financial planning,
cost control, regulatory compliance, and support for strategic decision-making.
Joining our team means actively contributing to the company’s growth while developing both technical and strategic skills in a collaborative, stimulating, and innovation-driven environment.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
· Supporting the A&C; Team of the plant
· Reporting
· Expenses budget control
· Industrial accounting
· Active invoicing for semi-finishing
· Standard cost calculation
· Raw materials balance
· Determination of the economical monthly result
· Economic forecasting activities
· Inventory valorization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Degree in Economics or Management Engineering with a specialization in Finance
· Fluency in English and Italia
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particular excel
· Interest in plant production flow
· Interest in efficiency kpi and their valorization
· Teamwork, and organizational capabilities
· Precision and curiosity
