We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Intern – Cloud Solutions & Services .The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager-Cloud Solutions & Services.

The Intern –Cloud Solutions & Services will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support for Microsoft 365 services.
- Supporting security, compliance, and governance activities within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and reports.
- Assisting with task automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Working with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of customer solutions.
- Continuously learning and developing knowledge in Microsoft Modern Work technologies and best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID concepts will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell or scripting concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.
- Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
