You will reinforce a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe delivery from construction through commissioning. You'll collaborate with project leadership to manage risk, implement improvements, and deliver robust HSE results. - Support the implementation and continual improvement of the project's HSE Management System
- Promote a proactive health and safety culture across all site activities
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety tours to monitor compliance and identify improvements
- Ensure works comply with company procedures, client requirements and legislation
- Review and monitor RAMS, permits to work and safe systems of work
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses with corrective actions
- Deliver site inductions,
toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and provide practical HSE guidance to site teams
- Maintain HSE records, reports and project documentation
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulatory bodies on HSE matters
Responsabilità
- Previous experience as an HSE Advisor or similar within construction
- Experience on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial or major construction projects
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
- IOSH membership (Tech IOSH/Grad IOSH desirable)
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
- Excellent communication, organisational and reporting skills
- Confident carrying out inspections, audits and incident investigations
- Full driving licence where required
