In this HR Business Partner role, you will lead people strategies and drive recruitment for the launch of a new manufacturing site. You will partner with business leaders to design scalable hiring and talent development plans, supporting the site’s installation, start‑up, and ramp‑up in a global, quality‑focused environment. You will shape the employer brand within the local community and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce planning and people processes. This is a strategic greenfield project offering meaningful impact on talent, culture, and operational success.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment strategy for a new manufacturing site and manage attraction, selection, and onboarding
- Contribute to the People Strategy and implement initiatives to attract, develop and retain employees
- Coordinate workforce planning for the specific business unit and engage local stakeholders




- Drive employer branding initiatives and align recruitment with local market needs
- Oversee performance and talent management, including calibration and development planning
- Lead talent reviews to ensure high performance and development
- Establish constructive relationships with managers, employees, and representatives to foster collaboration

Responsabilità

- 7+ years of HR experience
- Experience in high-volume recruitment projects
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience with greenfield or startup large-scale projects is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence diverse groups
