**Cluster Operations Manager – Italy

With an expanding portfolio of lifestyle hotels and hostels across Spain, Portugal and Italy, we are looking for an outstanding Cluster Operations Manager to lead our Italian operations during our next phase of growth.

Your Mission

As Cluster Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our hotels in Italy, driving guest satisfaction, profitability and team engagement while maintaining the highest brand standards.

You will work closely with the Country Director and the Group Operations Team, becoming a key leader in one of the company’s fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple hotels within the Italian portfolio.
- Ensure consistent execution of Room00 Next Gen Hospitality operating standards.
- Maximize guest satisfaction and online reputation (NPS, Booking.com, Google, TripAdvisor).
- Drive financial performance through effective cost control and productivity management.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs including GOP, RevPAR, labour cost, payroll, guest satisfaction and quality audits.
- Recruit, coach and develop Hotel Managers and department heads.
- Lead new hotel openings and operational integrations.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, HR and Technical Services.




- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and digital operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety and company standards.

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 5 years of multi-property hotel operations experience.
- Previous experience as Cluster Operations Manager, Area Manager or Hotel General Manager.
- Strong understanding of lifestyle hotels or premium hostels.
- Proven leadership and people development skills.
- High financial acumen and KPI-driven management.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and operational P&L.;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluent Italian and English (Spanish is highly valued).
- Availability to travel frequently across Italy.
