Luxury Method is a marketing consultancy for luxury and premium brands. We work with brands across fashion, jewellery, beauty and hospitality.

We are looking for a freelance cosmetics/skincare expert to join us as an advisor on the European launch of a premium skincare brand).

This is a consulting engagement, not a full-time position. The initial scope is advisory: go-to-market strategy, channel and pricing logic, and beauty-category best practices. There is a concrete possibility of ongoing collaboration as the account grows (strategy, content direction, influencer marketing).

What we are looking for

- Real cosmetics/skincare experience: brand launches, go-to-market, retail or e-commerce growth, or performance marketing in beauty
- Knowledge of the Italian and European beauty market (retail/Sephora dynamics are a plus)
- Fluent English; Italian is a plus
- Availability for consulting sessions between August and October
