To enforce our Online Marketing Team, we are looking for a Digital Analyst & Engineering Specialist (m/f/d).
In this position you will support us to structure our online marketing Strategy. If you have fun to study the challenge of our target group through a creative data-driven way and translate your Analysis into marketing action you are the right person for this position. In this position you have the possibility to take new paths and try things out.
Main activities & accountabilities:
- Strategic development of our web analytics and tag management setup to better understand our customer journey and optimize the conversion rate • Responsible for Google Analytics and continuous expansion of our GA4 setup • Website tracking: Definition of tracking concepts and tools till testing, debugging, rollout and data validation • (Conversion rate) optimization with A/B testing strategies • Linking onsite tracking data with other data sources (e.g.: product data, CRM data, transactional data, etc.)
to understand shopping and usage behavior in detail • Support of consent management in our on-line shop • Proactively structured and managed further web and data projects, such as: setting up an e-commerce BI, controlling according to CLV or working on an attribution model Requirements:
- 3-5 Years previous experience in web, digital, data or marketing analytics • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Knowledge of the system and data architecture for optimal tracking • Enjoy understanding complex relationships and presenting them in a user-friendly way • Ability to think outside the box • Independent and structured way of working • Experience with Marketing Attribution, BI tools, Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio • Experience with a consent management tool • Personality with a hands-on mentality who enjoys working in a dynamic mix of corporate and agency atmosphere • Very good communication skills and strong solution orientation • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity. The hiring salary range for this position in Tolentino, Italy, is €35,000–€40,000 gross per year, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and seniority level
