Primary function
Ensuring application of IVG process and methods guidelines along PWT Systems & Components Engineering area, by implementing the necessary deployment and customization for specific needs
Supporting PWT Systems & Components Engineering teams in execution of specific transversal design activities (FMEA, SOR…), according to the best practices and methodologies
Essential Responsibilities
- Monitoring and supporting the application of IVG process and methods guidelines along "PWT Systems & Components Engineering"
- Supporting and supervising the definition and application of specific "PWT Systems & Components Engineering" procedures, instructions and modules
- Defining the proper methodologies and supporting the execution of specific transversal design activities, such as: Statement of Requirements (SoR) document;
X-FMEA (Design, Installation…);
Master Design Guidelines
- Supporting the definition of KPI systems for the different areas within "PWT Systems & Components Engineering" and monitoring results on regular basis
- Foster continuous improvement of internal process and methods for the specific area, in accordance to Model Based System Engineering IVG guidelines
- Supporting Quality System internal and external Audit preparation
Requirements
- Degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic or System Engineering
- Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken
- 10 years' experience of Product xlwpduy Engineering development process, with focus on powertrain engineering design methodologies
- Strong knowledge of main applicable Quality Systems, e.G. IATF 16949
- Effective communication and seamless collaboration across engineering teams
- Team coordination skills and resource management experience

Availability to Travel
- Expected % of Time: ≈ 5%
