Customer Approval & AQP Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Support the Quality Planning team in preparing customer approvals for new or modified products

Compile and manage the documentation required by customers

Maintain customer portals and upload relevant documents

Coordinate missing information with internal departments

Monitor deadlines and timelines within the approval process

Support product and process changes that require customer re-approval

Prepare status reports and data analyses





Perform general administrative tasks within Quality Planning

Qualifications

Ideally completed commercial or technical education

Structured, accurate, and independent way of working

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team

Good German language skills; English is an advantage xlwpduy

Initial experience in the automotive industry or quality management is desirable, but not required

Compensation

Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement

Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
