Group FP+A ControllerLocation: Trecate, ItalySalary: €75,000-€85,000 + benefitsA leading international PE backed group is seeking a Group FP&A; Controller to join its finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership with financial planning, business performance analysis and strategic decision-making across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the group's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.Produce high-quality management reporting for senior stakeholders.Partner closely with functions including Sales, Operations and HR to support commercial and operational decision-making.Drive continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, planning systems and BI reporting tools.RequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting,



Economics or a related discipline.10+ years' experience within FP&A;, Controlling or Corporate Finance.Strong background in financial planning, forecasting and business performance analysis.Advanced Excel skills with experience using BI tools (Power BI preferred).Experience with financial planning and reporting systems.Good understanding of IFRS and financial consolidation.Fluent English.Ideal ProfileHighly analytical with excellent financial modelling capabilities.Able to translate financial data into clear commercial recommendations.xrdztoy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.If you're looking to join a business where finance plays a key strategic role and you enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance, we'd love to hear from you.
