ADVIN GLOBAL is a leading developer of immersive AR/VR and 3 D solutions, recognized for its patented VR simulators, large-scale cultural projects, and enterprise-grade AR VR applications for global brands like Coca-Cola, VISA, and Lacalut. With over 250 projects across healthcare, retail, education, e-commerce and public institutions, we are now expanding our impact in Europe — and we are looking for a strong Business Development Manager in Italy to help make it happen.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Augmented and Virtual reality, 3 D Production across Italy and EU markets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2 B clients in healthcare, education, culture, e-commerce, real estate etc. Lead full-cycle sales: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.

Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Represent ADVIN GLOBAL at relevant events, conferences, and meetings across Italy and Europe.



Provide market feedback and contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy in the region.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2 B sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in agency, creative tech , IT or Saa S). Proven ability to close deals and meet targets in dynamic and innovative markets. Understanding of digital products, especially immersive technologies (AR, VR, 3 D). Fluent Italian and Ukrainian ?? ?? Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
