For a premier leader in the food manufacturing sector, specializing in the production of high-quality pizza and authentic Italian culinary products, we're looking for a BRAND MANAGER.

Key Responsibilities
Consumer & Market
- Analyze consumer, shopper and market trends, channel dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Monitor sell-out and consumer data to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans together with the European Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Lead in Italy
- Contribute to consumer recruitment initiatives and communication plans across TV, Digital, Brand Activations and PR.
- Support budget monitoring and PFME tracking.
Brand & Communication
- Collaborate with creative and communication agencies on brand assets and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and identity.
- Support management of selected P&L; areas.
Portfolio & Innovation
- Support innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Build strong knowledge of the product portfolio,
production processes and factory operations.
- Maintain close collaboration with factory teams and international stakeholders to support export and market opportunities.
Sales & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Trade marketing and Sales teams, contributing to build effective trade stories and commercial initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably FMCGs.
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and consumer understanding.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Hands-on, proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
- Resilient, flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities.
- Team-oriented, resilient and flexible attitude.
- Interest in digital marketing and food trends and consumer culture.
- Willingness to travel (approx. xlwpduy 2 days/month) and work cross-functionally in dynamic contexts
- Fluent English required
