We're looking for thoughtful, analytical people to evaluate AI-generated content for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment — helping ensure that AI reflects human values and avoids harm. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and clear written communication skills. No AI or policy background required.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential for harm
Flag content that is misleading, inappropriate, or misaligned with established guidelines
Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues and edge cases
Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios
Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule Who You Are A sharp,
analytical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively
Comfortable engaging with complex topics around ethics, fairness, and social responsibility
Strong written communicator — you can articulate your reasoning clearly and consistently
Detail-oriented and reliable in following structured evaluation guidelines
Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required Nice to Have Background or interest in ethics, law, philosophy, social sciences, or journalism
Experience in content moderation, research, or quality assurance
