About The Role AI is only as good as the humans who evaluate it. We're looking for detail-oriented people to review and rate AI-generated outputs — helping shape how the world's most advanced AI systems learn, respond, and improve. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for quality. No AI background required.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy and relevance

Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines

Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short

Provide well-documented feedback that directly guides AI model improvement

Work across a variety of topics and content types, keeping the work engaging and varied Who You Are Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical thinking

Comfortable reading, evaluating,



and critiquing written content at scale

Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently

Clear, concise written communication skills in English

No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll give you everything you need to succeed Nice to Have Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or quality assurance

Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation or structured feedback
