We're looking for an Account Manager who can build trusted relationships, drive projects from brief to delivery, and help turn ambitious ideas into effective creative solutions. You'll act as a key partner to clients and an essential link between strategy, creative and production teams, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard. Joining our international, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, you'll work with leading local and global brands, helping shape campaigns that deliver meaningful business and creative results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day partner.
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and drive projects from briefing through to successful delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
- Present strategies, creative concepts and recommendations with confidence, clarity and impact.
- Oversee account performance, managing budgets, timelines and profitability to ensure project success.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, drive organic growth and support new business opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 5 years' experience in an Account Management role within a creative, advertising or communications agency.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinking, commercial awareness and a passion for creative excellence.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex client relationships.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for Employees of the Tertiary Sector – Distribution and Services (Contract Code: H011); Job Classification: Level 2; Starting Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €34,000
