Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. /lili

Sales Ordering Planning /strong: Develop sales and ordering plans based on corporate marketing objectives and market demand. /lilistrong

Inventory Management /strong: Perform daily/monthly statistical analysis on vehicle "Purchase-Sales-Inventory" (PSI) and provide timely reports to stakeholders. /lilistrong

Marketing Strategy /strong: Achieve corporate KPIs by developing and adjusting automotive marketing strategies aligned with market dynamics. /lilistrong

Dealer Management /strong: Conduct daily management, training, and guidance for dealers, while supervising and evaluating sales performance to ensure alignment with targets. /lilistrong

Relationship Management /strong:



Regularly visit key dealers to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues for key accounts. /lilistrong

Customer Satisfaction /strong: Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps. /lilistrong

Operational Monitoring /strong: Monitor terminal dealer operations and key account business performance. /lilistrong

Retail Marketing Logistics Execution /strong: Oversee dealer communication content, CI/VI uniformity, and advertising support policies.

Finalize monthly orders/production scheduling. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong

Qualifications /strong /ppbr / /pulli

With over 5 years OEM sales work experience in Italy; br / Candidates with sales management experience in Italy for automotive brands from China are preferred. /lili

Proficient in Italian, fluent in English can be used as working language. /li /ulpbr / /p
