You will launch the strong
Italian market /strongas a strong
Full Cycle Account Executive (Italy) /strong, you will own and scale the sales motion end-to-end from Milan (mix of remote work + in-person client meetings). /pp

Your Responsibilities /strong /pullistrong
End-to-End Sales Ownership in Italy: /strong Lead the entire sales funnel—from proactive prospecting and initial outreach to conducting demos, negotiating, and closing deals. /lilistrongGTM Strategy Optimization: /strong Develop and test scalable sales playbooks, experiment with multi-channel outreach tactics, and refine messaging to optimize conversion rates. /lilistrong
Relationship Management: /strong Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, ensuring an exceptional, value-driven experience throughout the entire customer journey. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong

Experience: /strong Proven track record in strongB2B SaaS Sales /strong or a fast-paced tech startup environment. /lilistrong
Mindset: /strong High degree of ownership and accountability.
You thrive in dynamic settings, love to build things from scratch, and prioritize execution over perfection. /lilistrong
Skills: /strong Strong analytical thinking to optimize your sales funnel based on data and field insights. /lilistrong
