Job Title: Yard Equipment Operator – Wheel Loader with Forks

Location: Caorso, Italy

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Yard Equipment Operator to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily loading,

unloading, and positioning of heavy equipment and machinery within the yard using a wheel loader equipped with forks.

The role plays a key part in supporting auction and sales operations by ensuring that equipment is efficiently moved, organized, and positioned for inspection, display, and sale preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a wheel loader with forks to safely load and unload equipment from transport vehicles
- Move and position machinery and equipment throughout the yard in preparation for sale and customer inspections
- Handle oversized and heavy loads while strictly adhering to safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Organize equipment in designated yard locations to maximize safety and operational efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Report any mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational risks to management
- Collaborate with yard personnel, drivers, and site management to coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications & Experience





- Proven experience operating construction, industrial, or material-handling equipment
- Demonstrated experience in the movement and handling of heavy, oversized, and exceptional loads
- Valid operator certification/license required for the operation of earthmoving or material-handling equipment in accordance with local regulations
- Strong understanding of safe lifting, loading, and yard operations
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience working in equipment yards, logistics hubs, construction sites, or industrial environments
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to operational tasks
