ERS Test and Development EngineerRole OverviewThe selected candidate will join the ERS (Energy Recovery System) testing team and will be involved in the validation and development of electromechanical components for high‑performance applications, with a specific focus on electric motors. Testing activities will be mainly carried out on test benches, within a highly technological and innovation‑driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, performance and endurance testing on ERS systemsDevelop and execute test plans in accordance with design specifications and company standardsAnalyze test data to identify anomalies, performance trends and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of electrical components within the powertrain systemVerify electrical and mechanical system compatibilityDiagnose and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsSupport Design and R&D teams by providing technical feedback based on test resultsContribute to the development of next‑generation electric motors through modeling,
