Experteer Overview

In this founding-team CTO role, you will own the technical direction, product architecture, and full-stack execution across both products. You will lead and grow the Milan-based engineering team, oversee code reviews and architectural decisions, and ship production systems. You’ll coordinate multiple product tracks for backend and frontend and collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO. This role offers hands-on leadership to scale a B2B SaaS with AI capabilities in a fast-moving startup. You will shape architecture, tooling, and strategic tech decisions to drive product-value and growth.

- Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
