Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate. /ph3About the Role /h3pThe successful candidate will join the Material Flow Management Team, operating in a dynamic and international environment focused on the optimization of logistics processes within a state-of-the-art automotive spare parts warehouse. /ppThis role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational performance, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting the digital transformation of warehouse operations. /ppThe candidate will play a key role in defining spare parts allocation strategies, developing advanced KPIs, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes aimed at increasing warehouse efficiency, productivity, and storage capacity. /ph3Scope /h3pThe resource will interface with different warehouse areas and functions, as well as with company departments involved in warehouse and logistics operations. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine the most effective spare parts allocation strategies by identifying optimal storage locations based on product movement volumes and physical characteristics. /liliAnalyze logistics processes and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and warehouse capacity. /liliDevelop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
/liliCollaborate with warehouses, business functions, and international stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and execution of activities. /liliContribute to digital transformation and innovation projects by introducing new methodologies, tools, and best practices. /liliSupport project planning and monitoring activities, including timelines and cost management. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliStrong results orientation and resilience. /liliExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills. /liliCuriosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn. /liliStrong analytical and critical-thinking mindset. /liliAbility to work effectively in a team and international environment. /liliFlexibility and effective communication skills. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Engineering. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint. /liliStrong proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI. /liliData analysis and KPI development skills. /liliFluent English (C1 level or above) and Italian. /liliKnowledge of French is considered a plus. /liliGood understanding of technical discussions and business requirements. /liliBasic Project Management skills, including Gantt planning and cost monitoring. /li /ulpAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
