For more information, visit: www.dnata.com/it About The Role The ideal candidate will act as the internal point of reference for HR administration and payroll processes, playing a key role in the management and governance of Zucchetti HR modules. The position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Manage, monitor, and finalize time and attendance data through Zucchetti (Presenze Project), including the analysis and resolution of discrepancies and anomalies. * Enter and verify payroll variables (overtime, allowances,
absences, reimbursements) within the Zucchetti system. * Coordinate with the external payroll provider for payroll processing and payslip validation. * Oversee monthly payroll-related activities and statutory compliance requirements (INPS, INAIL, CU, Model 770, pension and welfare funds). * Manage employee master data and contractual information within Zucchetti HR modules. * Provide support and guidance to employees regarding attendance records, payslips, and contractual matters. * Act as a Key User for HR systems, providing support to internal users, delivering operational training, and contributing to HR system enhancement and migration projects. Requirements * High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree, preferably with a specialization in HR Administration, Payroll, and Social Security Contributions. * 4–7 years of experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll roles. * Strong knowledge of Zucchetti HR modules, in particular: Presenze Project / Workflow. * Solid understanding of Italian labor law and relevant collective bargaining agreements (CCNLs). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables. * Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and capability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. * Good command of the English language. Pay range and benefits package * Gross annual salary: from €30.000 to €40.000 * Lavoro da remoto policy (max. 8 days per month) * Meal vouchers 7€ per day
