Its activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate. /p h3Offerta /h3 h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis /li liProactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets /li liOptimise the letting within the managed portfolio /li liMonitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs /li liIdentify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends /li liLead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives /li liAssess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations /li liProactively drive (digital technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio /li liReview and challenge valuations /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team) /li liSteer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers) /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pA successful Investment Asset Manager should have: /p ul liMaster's degree preferably in real estate,
