Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector
Strong strategic xysqume thinking and decision‑making skills
Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in developing and executing business plans
A degree in business, economics, or a related field
Fluency in Italian, with a good command of English
