Thanks to our highly motivated team and a down-to-earth and living atmosphere, the MEININGER Hotels feel like a real home. /ph3Your Tasks /h3ulliAre responsible for all operational tasks in the hotel, including but not limited to recruitment, reporting, budget planning etc. /liliEnsure our guests experience the best service through optimal staff scheduling /liliWork closely with different departments in our Berlin HQ such as HR, Finance, Revenue Management etc. /liliLead directly a team of Assistant Managers and several shift leads in addition to a team of receptionists, service employees /liliSecure a safe and inclusive environment for colleagues and guests with a keen eye for individual needs and desires /liliSet long- and mid-term goals for your team and live to motivate them by being approachable, giving continuous feedback and discuss personal development- and job opportunities /liliEnsure all health, hygiene and safety regulations in the hotel are respected at all times /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in hospitality /liliWork experience in Italy is a plus /liliInspirational leadership and have joy in leading a diverse,
