Experteer Overview

In this role, you support the Technical Enablement function within SimCorp’s Value Stream Management Office to standardize practices and accelerate value delivery. You’ll enable efficient, scalable delivery by shaping configuration management, tests, and infrastructure readiness across value streams. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to reduce friction, improve resilience, and onboard new squads. This opportunity lets you influence transformation in a global fintech environment across hybrid and flexible work models.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
- Create automated end-to-end tests based on input from business experts and architects
- Guide business consultants in developing configuration in a DevOps approach
- Monitor, react to, and debug failing tests
- First level tech support on infrastructure, tools and processes




- Manage end-to-end infrastructure
- Develop tools to support integrated tests

Responsabilità
- Proficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience
- Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD and PowerShell scripting
- Azure networking and related certifications
- DevOps mindset and belief in test driven development
- Practical experience with Azure technologies (Azure DevOps pipelines, Function xysqume apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB)
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform)
- Ability to drive transformation and learn business processes
- Ability to work collaboratively, self-motivated, and consistently deliver results
