Join our global Customer Support team in an essential on-site
position at one of our dedicated Service Centers. You will be the
crucial first point of contact for customers, delivering
outstanding service and expertly resolving inquiries. This role
demands native fluency in Azerbaijani and professional proficiency
in English, allowing you to manage a wide range of communications.
If you are a proactive problem-solver with a strong customer focus

Key Requirements: Language: Native/Fluent Azerbaijani and
professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Work Model: On-Site (In-Office).
Schedule: Full-time, working hours
are structured around Friday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) and
Saturday/Sunday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) . Skills: Exceptional
communication, professionalism, and dedication to customer
satisfaction. Tələblər və İş Qrafiki: Dil: Yerli/Sərbəst Azərbaycan
dili və peşəkar iş səviyyəsində İngilis dili (B2 və ya daha
yüksək). İş Modeli: Ofis daxilində (Yerində). Cədvəl: Həftəlik Cümə
(8:00-20:00) və Şənbə/Bazar (8:00-16:00) saatlarında tam iş
qrafiki. Bacarıqlar: Əla ünsiyyət bacarıqları, müştəriyönümlülük və
problem həll etmə qabiliyyəti.
