We are currently looking for a Quotation Specialist that will mainly ensure:

Responsibilities

-

- Process the technical evaluation of Request For Proposal (RFP) with the support of the appropriate business functions;

- Manage with the client the finalization of feasibility studies related to potential projects;

- Prepare and discuss the agenda for submission to the Pricing Committee;





- Manage and issue the documentation related to the Quotation group: equiries tracker, funnell, etc.

- Prepare Quotations and Change of Scope for submission to potential and existing clients;

- Manage meetings with assigned new clients;

- Manage Reports.

Main Requirements

-

- MA degree (Engineering / CTF / Chemistry / Biology..);

- At last 2 years of experience in similar roles in complex organizations;

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes;

- Knowledge of GMP;

- Fluent English working knowledge;

- Great can-do attitude. xysqume
