Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of expanded lab infrastructure (hardware, automation, tooling) to support program growth.Lead cross‑functional triage and resolution of test failures, infrastructure issues, and bottlenecks.Coordinate between hardware, software, network, and systems teams to align on lab priorities.Decompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development, manufacturing and verification test strategy.Manage intake and prioritization for new venue builds/upgrade requests across engineering teams.Develop KPIs and build reports/dashboards to track lab utilization, infrastructure health, and resolution time.Basic Qualifications5+ years of technical product or program management experience.7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.3+ years of software development experience.5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes,
