The position supports global trade operations by guaranteeing compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, company procedures, and customer-specific requests.Key Responsibilities:Review import and export shipping documentationVerify the accuracy and completeness of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, transport documents, and customs-related documentationEnsure compliance of shipping documents with international trade regulations, customs requirements,
and customer specificationsSupport customs clearance activities by providing accurate and timely documentation.Manage and archive trade documentation according to company policies and regulatory requirementsVerify consistency between purchase orders, shipping documents, and customs declarationsAssist in resolving documentation discrepancies that could impact transportation, customs clearance, or customer deliveriesParticipate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing logistics and trade documentation processesStay updated on international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs requirements, and transportation standardsCollaborate with Logistics, Purchasing, Suppliers, Finance to ensure smooth international operationsRequirements: High School Diploma in Logistics or International Supply Chain Management.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields(Strong) knowledge of import/export documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Certificates of Origin, Customs DocumentationUnderstanding of international logistics and transportation processesKnowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations(Good) understanding of IncotermsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and planning skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeamwork and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.Location: Caerano San Marco (TV)Salary package: from 25.000€ + meal voucher + welfare
