In this role you will identify and secure growth opportunities in targeted markets (energy, renewables, utilities, chemicals, Lifescience/Pharma, Marine) and build a strong pipeline for Honeywell Process Automation in Italy and the East Mediterranean. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor value propositions and nurture long‑term stakeholder relationships. You will analyze market trends to drive innovation and competitive positioning, and establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence. The role combines strategic thinking, complex deal closure, and high‑level engagement with diverse stakeholders, with significant travel and English fluency required.

Responsabilità
- 5+ years of business development experience in industrial automation (End User, OEMs, Contractors, Systems Integrators)
- Proven track record of driving growth and closing large, complex deals in industrial automation
- Experience selling solutions including software and cybersecurity
- Fluent in xysqume English with strong communication skills
- Experience working in an international environment with diverse stakeholders
- Results‑oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets
- Exposure to markets such as Specialty Chemicals, Energy, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Midstream, Upstream, LifeScience/Pharma, and Marine
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
