The value of our company lies in the people who are part of it. /p pWe look forward to welcoming you in our team. /p h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 pYou will work within the marketing team and have the role of B2B Client Service. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liReply to the email and messages coming from the Colnago distributors and dealers. /li liAssist B2B clients with warranty claims and after-sales issues.



/li liCreate regular reports about the main attention areas of customer service. /li liHelp populate the knowledge database of the Company through the reporting of frequent cases and solutions. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liA fluent written English is mandatory /li liKnowledge of the main CRM platforms (Hubspot is a plus) /li liKnowledge of road bicycles (cycling experiences or previous jobs in the industry are a plus) /li liGreat empathy and communication skills /li liHumility and curiosity /li liPrecision, and organisational skills needed in a fast-evolving environment /li liKnowledge of other languages is considered a plus, for example Spanish, French and German /li /ul h3LOCATION /h3 pCambiago (MI), Italy /p h3SENIORITY /h3 p1/3 years /p h3CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION /h3 ul liEmployment Framework: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria – 14 monthly payments /li liJob Level: C2/C3, determined based on the candidate’s experience and the relevance/level of their education /li liSalary Range: €30.000 – €35.000 gross annual salary (RAL), defined according to the candidate’s experience and skills, in compliance with pay transparency regulations /li /ul pThis Job Position is addressed to all genders in compliance with the rules on equal treatment, pursuant to decreto legislativo 198/2006.
